Service Loves Park The knob arrived today, and it’s perfect!!! Fits the dishwasher shaft as if it were made for it. We ran the dishwasher immediately, and it worked fine. Thank you so very much for your “can-do” attitude. You don’t know how many calls and inquiries I made and received comments like: “they don’t make them anymore” “you’ll never find it” “you’ll just have to buy a new dishwasher, I guess.” Your company is the BEST.

Service Loves Park I LOVE Don's. I had trouble with my dryer, did a little trouble-shooting at home and arrived with no idea what I would need to fix the problem. After two small parts and a ton of helpful information, I was able to fix my dryer and get it working again. I'll always get my appliance parts here, and when the time finally comes to have them replaced, I know exactly how to keep my shopping to a one-stop shopping experience: Don's!

Service Loves Park I came in this morning to buy a part for my washer,I was advised that my problem wasn't the part I wanted and informed on what to try when I got home. I went home and tried and washer now works. I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty, and be assured you now have a customer for life. Thank you again, not many out there who would have done this for someone when they could have made a buck.

I want to thank you, and say that you can chalk this up to another successful ending for your business. the element you sent was just a little bit smaller that the original. but the contacts fit perfectly. and it heats like crazy. but i figure that with the smaller diameter( for lack of a better word) it should heat better because it is not as up against the corners of the oven, lijke the original one was. we may even celebrate with some pizza tonight. after 30 to 40 contacts i tried you were the ones to save me from buying a 900 dollar wall mount oven. thanks again. j hesse--portland oregon-----

Service Loves Park Contacted Don's by email on a Sunday evening, requesting a used part. Received a reply Monday morning, with a price on both a new and used part. Ordered the used part that afternoon, received it before the end of the week, and had my washer running before I needed to go to the laundromat, at a bargain price, to boot. Thanks, you will be highly recommended.

Service Loves Park I just had to let you know what a pleasant experience it was to deal with you. Last week I ordered a Kenmore dryer timer which I received in only two days. After installing the timer, the dryer still did not work, I called your shop to ask for a replacement timer because I was sure that was the problem. The lady that answered the phone inquired as to what the problem was. After I told her she suggested it was another problem and said to check the thermal fuse and igniter. As soon as she said igniter it dawned on me I was not seeing the orange glow. Please thank the knowledgeable lady for helping a senile old man who should have realized it was an ignition problem. It really has been a pleasant experience dealing with you. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ed S.

I was getting desperate, unable to find the new part ANYwhere-locally or internet-and was happy to find a good used one. The used valve is in good condition and works perfectly.
